What cars can I win?
It’s up to you to decide. There are hundreds of cars to choose from, and the selection is changing all the time. Cars you can win include restored classics, modified monsters, the latest electric cars, and even some crazy SUV’s.
Headlining the dream car competition will of course be supercars from the likes of Lamborghini, Porsche, Aston Martin, BMW, Mercedes and more. But with so much choice, the car competition you decide to enter is entirely up to you.
How to choose your winning car
Use the dropdown menus to filter prizes by make and style of car. If you have something more specific in mind, you can even sort the results by top speed, bhp, 0-60 times and retail prices.
Every car comes with a clearly listed cash alternative. If you win a car and change your mind, you can choose the cash prize alternative instead.
What other kinds of vehicle can be won?
Although it's a dream car competition, there is also often the opportunity to win a motorhome, pickup truck or even a performance van!
How to play the dream car competition
Once you have decided on the car you'd like to win, you'll need to decide on the number of tickets to buy.
You can also add up to £50,000 in cash to your prize for a bigger win.
Each ticket gives you an opportunity to select the winning position in a spot the ball competition. The more tickets you buy, the greater your chances of winning.
If you can't decide which car you'd like to win, you can enter a variety of different cars to the basket. There's a maximum of 75 tickets available per competition entrant.
Once you've decided on the car (or cars) you'd like to win, it's time to use your skill and judgement:
- You'll be shown a sporting image with the ball removed.
- Using the circular magnifier and line drawing tool, choose the precise coordinates where you think the centre of the ball should be
- Select coordinates on the picture for every ticket you have bought
- Checkout on the secure payments page
How is the winner of the car decided?
The winning coordinates are decided by a rotating panel of independent sporting experts, in the presence of an qualified lawyer and within 48 hours of the competition closing. The judges arrive at a consensus opinion where the centre of the ball should be.
The winner of the car will be the entrant closest to the judged position, who will receive a car corresponding to their winning ticket - plus any extra cash that's been added. You'll also get help towards first year servicing and insurance costs.
You can choose to take the winning car's cash alternative if you'd prefer (70% of the UK RRP).
How much does it cost to enter the win a car competition?
The ticket price will depend on the car you want to win. A single entry typically costs from 90p to around £6, depending on the car you choose - but keep a lookout for special offers, discounts and giveaways.
You can enter up to 75 tickets in each weekly competition, so the total cost will be the individual ticket price x the number bought.
How often does the car competition run?
The dream car competition runs weekly from Monday to Sunday midnight, every week of the year. Judging takes place on Monday, with winners usually informed on a Tuesday. You can enter the competition at any time.

What if I don't win a car?
If you're not the winner but came within defined zones 1 - 5 of the winning coordinate position, there are runners up prizes and dream car credit up for grabs.
The percentage you receive back will depend on the proximity of your chosen coordinates - from 100% of the original ticket price for zone 1, to 5% back in zone 5. It's like a reward scheme for high accuracy!
This credit will then be applied to your account, and can be used in future competitions for more chances to win.
What are my odds of winning?
Because the spot the ball competition is a game of skill not chance, there are no "odds" as such. The chances of winning your chosen car depends on two factors: 1) How accurately you predict the judged centre of the ball. 2) How many times you enter each competition.
The car competition winner is closest to the centre coordinates of the ball. If you enter multiple times, your chances of being a prize winner increases with each co-ordinate entered.
The dream car credit feature is a definite boost to your odds of winning, and can give multiple additional future chances to win a car for free!

I don't want to win a supercar. Can you win a more "normal" car?
BOTB are perhaps best known for their supercar and performance car competitions. However, there are also some very usable daily drivers up for grabs - as well as hot hatches, performance estates, and even campervans!
If you end up winning a car but have a last-minute change of heart for whatever reason, BOTB offer cash alternatives for all their vehicles.
How old do you have to be to enter the car competition?
You must be 18 years or over to play. You'll need to confirm this when registering a new BOTB account.
Can non UK players enter the dream car competition?
BOTB is a UK based company and as such, the majority of players are based in the UK.
All vehicles are delivered to addresses within the UK and cannot be exported overseas. If the winner is outside the UK at the time of the draw, they must either provide a valid UK delivery address, or choose to accept the cash alternative instead.
Is insurance and servicing included?
Depending on the value of the car you have won, up to £1500 is available towards first year insurance costs, and up to £400 in first year servicing.
Second hand cars are not eligible for complimentary insurance or servicing.
Is road tax included?
No. Winners are responsible for ensuring any car won by them is fully taxed.

BOTB do offer incentives including free game credit for players who spend over certain thresholds within a four week period.
