What cars can I win?
It’s up to you to decide. There are hundreds of cars to choose from, and the selection is changing all the time. Cars you can win include restored classics, modified monsters, the latest electric cars, and even some crazy SUV’s.
Headline marques will of course always be supercars from the likes of Lamborghini, Porsche, Aston Martin, BMW, Mercedes and more. But with so much choice, the car competition you decide to enter is entirely up to you.
Use the dropdown menus to filter prizes by make and style of car. If you have something more specific in mind, you can even sort the results by top speed, bhp, 0-60 times and retail prices.
Every car comes with a clearly listed cash alternative. If you win a car and change your mind, you can choose the cash prize alternative instead.
How to win a car
Once you have decided on the car you'd like to win, you'll need to decide on the number of tickets to buy.
Each ticket gives you an additional entry to select the winning position in a spot the ball competition. The more tickets you buy, the greater your chances of winning.
If you can't decide which car you'd like to win, you can enter a variety of different cars to the basket. There's a maximum of 75 tickets available per competition entrant.
Once you've decided on the cars you'd like to win, it's time to use your skill and judgement.
You'll be shown a footballing image with no ball. With each ticket, decide on a set of precise coordinates that best describe where you think the centre of the ball should be.

How is the winner of the car decided?
The winning coordinates are decided by a rotating panel of professional sporting experts, in the presence of an independent lawyer. The judges arrive at a consensus opinion where the centre of the ball should be.
The winner of the car will be the person closest to the judged position, who will receive a car which corresponds to their winning ticket.
How much does it cost to enter the win a car competition?
The ticket price will depend on the car you want to win. A single entry typically costs from 90p to around £5, depending on the car you choose - but keep a lookout for special offers, discounts and giveaways. You can enter 75 tickets in each weekly competition, so the total cost will be the individual ticket price x the number bought.
How often does the car competition run?
The dream car competition runs weekly from Monday to Sunday midnight, every week of the year. Judging takes place on Monday, with winners usually informed on a Tuesday. You can enter the competition at any time.

What if I don't win a car?
If you're not the winner but came within defined zones 1 - 5 of the judged position, you will win back dream car credit. The percentage you receive back will depend on the proximity of your chosen coordinates, and can be up to 100% of the original ticket price. It's like a reward scheme for high accuracy!
This credit will then be applied to your account, and can be used in future competitions for more chances to win. There are also runners up prizes each week.
What are my odds of winning?
The chances of winning your chosen car depends on two factors: 1) How accurately you predict the judged centre of the ball. 2) How many times you enter.
The car competition winner is closest to the centre coordinates of the ball. If you enter multiple times, your chances of being a prize winner increases with each co-ordinate entered.
The dream car credit feature is a definite boost to your odds of winning, and can give multiple additional future chances to win a car for free!

I don't want to win a supercar. Can you win a more "normal" car?
BOTB are perhaps best known for their supercar and performance car competitions. However, there are also some very usable daily drivers up for grabs - as well as hot hatches, performance estates, and even campervans!
If you end up winning a car but have a last-minute change of heart for whatever reason, BOTB offer cash alternatives for all their vehicles.
Can non UK players enter the competition to win a car?
BOTB is a UK based company and as such, 90% of players are based in the UK. If you live abroad, you can still play. Your prize car will be delivered free of charge (although there may be import or registration duties to pay for).
Cars can be delivered in both left and right-hand drive.
Is insurance and servicing included?
Depending on the value of the car you have won, up to £1500 is available towards first year insurance costs, and up to £400 in first year servicing.
Are there any free competitions to win a car?
Tickets for the win a car competition start from around 90p, so it's cheap - but not free!
BOTB do periodically run free competitions, but they are typically for loyalty club members only.
Is it really possible to win a car?
There is a guaranteed winner every week. Since 1999, BOTB have awarded £64 million in prizes. The more times you play, the greater your chances of winning.
Can I win an electric car?
The majority of cars you can win are powered by internal combustion, however Teslas and electric cars from other manufacturers do often feature in the prize lineup. There are also usually various hybrids to win.

Raffles, prize draws and giveaways are usually luck based games, whereas entrants to the car competition win by being closest to the judged position in a skilled game of spot the ball.
